This fee does not include accommodation. You will receive a confirmation mail as soon as your application form has been sent. Please note that this registration is binding.

Unfortunately, the conference organization committee does not have the financial resources to support participants and presenters. They need to secure their own funding to participate in this conference.

Terms of Payment

Acceptance of the Terms of Payment
Through the submission of the online registration form, participants declare their agreement with the Terms of Payment.

Payment Deadline
The registration fee is payable within 30 days upon the submission of the registration or at the latest, 7 days before the conference starts.

Cancellation and Reimbursement
In case of cancellation, fees will be charged as follows: Up to 4 weeks prior to conference: 50% of participation fee, Up to 2 weeks: 100% of participation fee.

Payment
Prepayment is strongly encouraged to avoid unnecessary delays during check-in. On-site payment can be made cash in Swiss Francs only. Payment with credit card is not possible. Please note that bank charges are at the expense of the debitor.

Terms of Participation

Through the submission of the online registration form, participants declare their agreement with the Terms of Participation.

The personal data of participants is exclusively for the use within the context of the event. The data will not be released or otherwise made available for commercial purposes. The data published in the printed and online media serves for the mutual information of the participants.
The registration of participation is irrevocable, except by observing a 30-day cancellation period before the starting date of the event. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain effective.
The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable as outlined in the terms of payment.
The conference programme may be subject to changes.
Payments will be refunded if the conference will be cancelled by the organizer. In such event, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registration remains valid if the conference has to be postponed.
